Why use your company to clean our carpets and furniture?
We have been operating for over 20 years, and have successfully cleaned every conceivable type of carpet and furniture fabric you could imagine, this means it is unlikely we will encounter any problems when doing cleaning work for you.
I have heard that carpets get dirty quicker after they have been cleaned
This was true many years ago when carpets were cleaned with a rotary shampoo machine, and would leave a sticky residue in the carpet, we use warm water extraction, which will wash and leave your carpets clean and bright with no sticky residue.
I have had leaflets through my door offering half price cleaning, why should I choose your company rather than them?
These companies employ lots of young people, with small machines and very little if any experience , once in your door, they will be more interested in selling you add on services than actually cleaning, which you will find they do rather quickly, especially if you have refused other services they have offered.
My daughter suffers from asthma, will your cleaning process aggravate her condition?
No it will not affect her in any way, we use external extraction equipment, which stays outside , all of the damp air created by the cleaning process, is extracted to holding tanks in the van outside, this also speeds up the drying time, unlike the portable machines used by most other companies, which stay in the room where they're working.
